Ensure information provided is clear, correct, and aligned with company policies.
Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
Document all interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Keep records updated and accurate for future reference.
Achieve daily/weekly call volume, response time, and satisfaction metrics.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy on every call.
Develop rapport with customers to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
Handle difficult situations calmly and empathetically.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical departments for faster issue resolution.
Provide insights from customer feedback to improve products or services.
Follow call scripts, privacy guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data at all times.
