Key Responsibilities:
Call customers to
confirm orders and delivery addresses

Handle
NDR (Non-Delivery Report)
calls for undelivered orders.
Update order details accurately in our internal system.
Coordinate with the
operations team
for smooth and timely deliveries.
Maintain a
polite, friendly, and professional tone
while interacting with customers.
