We seek a proactive and communicative Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationship with dealers, ensuring smoother order processing.
Key Responsibilities.
Call and engage with dealers to educate them on product value and technology updates
*Follow up on oustanding payments and ensure timely clearance.
*Coordinate and follow up for new orders
*Prepare and maintain Excel sheet for order tracking and dealer communication
*Sending Emails to dealers, distributors and customers.
*Create impactful Power Point presentations
Communicate effectively in Hindi
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in customer service , sales coordination or dealer management.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in West Delhi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
