Customer Care & Front Office Executive (Sales Focus)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses Promote products/services and convert inquiries into sales opportunities Maintain front office operations including scheduling, documentation, and visitor logs Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and service excellence Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience Manage basic administrative tasks and support day-to-day office functions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, front desk, and sales roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Positive attitude and professional appearance
