About the Role
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executives
to manage customer queries related to
RTO shipments, lost orders/data complaints, and service-related issues
. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats related to
RTO (Return to Origin), lost orders, delivery delays, and product-related issues
.
Provide clear updates to customers and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with
logistics/courier partners
to track and resolve RTO or lost order cases.
Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM with every interaction.
Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the operations/logistics team for faster closure.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure resolution and build trust.
Meet performance metrics such as
response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
.
Requirements
Minimum Graduate qualification.
Excellent spoken
English & Hindi
is mandatory.
6 Months-3 years of experience in
Customer Support / BPO / E-commerce / Logistics
.
Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling escalated cases.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,001.00 per month
