Customer Support & Sales Executive

to join our team and ensure an excellent customer experience while boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media. Clear doubts and guide customers in selecting the right product. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication. Resolve issues related to returns, exchanges, and complaints. Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and order details. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:



Prior experience in customer support/sales (E-commerce preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi. Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy. Ability to multitask and manage CRM tools efficiently. Basic knowledge of online shopping platforms will be a plus.
