About the Role:



We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to manage and respond to customer queries through

WhatsApp, calls, and emails

. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via

WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails

. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Address customer concerns, complaints, and queries efficiently. Assist customers with order-related issues, returns, exchanges, and tracking. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills

in English and Hindi. Strong

problem-solving

and

customer-handling

skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with

WhatsApp Business, email, and call handling

. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
