Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist users with account-related queries, transactions, app navigation, and general support.
Resolve issues related to payments, onboarding, KYC, refunds, and other financial services.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to relevant internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Educate customers on how to use our services securely and effectively.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
