Customer Care Executive

for a service industry based in South Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer care or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/other local language as required]. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and basic computer applications. Only Female candidates are preferred.
