Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Care Executive
who will be the voice of Mutt Of Course and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is empathetic, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping people.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to/from customers regarding orders and queries
Guide customers with product details, including
sizing recommendations
Confirm and verify
Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
orders
Assist customers with tracking, returns, and general inquiries
Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/call center roles
Excellent verbal communication with
clear dictation
and fluency in English & Hindi
A
good listener
who is patient and empathetic towards customer needs
Confident and polite telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and handle basic tools (CRM/email/WhatsApp)
Prior experience in
eCommerce
or
retail
customer service is a plus
