Role Overview



As a

Customer Care Executive

, you will be the voice of the company--responsible for managing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and customer calls, chats, and emails professionally. Resolve product/service-related queries and complaints in a timely manner. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements



Graduate in any stream (mandatory). Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing). Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Prior experience in customer support or a call center is an advantage but not mandatory.
