Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Job Summary:

ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and on time. Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns effectively. Assist in preparing reports on customer interactions and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Identify opportunities for service improvements and suggest solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in a customer support or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. A positive and customer-oriented mindset.
