We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic

Customer Care Executive

to join our team in the tour and travel industry. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless travel experience from inquiry to post-trip feedback.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, itineraries, pricing, and visa requirements. Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, ticketing) to fulfill customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery. Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
