Key Responsibilities

- Attending customer correspondences through email, chat, and by phone in a timely manner.

- Helping customers in choosing the right product for their requirements also help them to make a buying decision as well as suggest add-on products.

- Assisting Customers with order creation process & payment links if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.

- Liaise with the internal team (for e.g. Logistics) for orders dispatch and ensuring their prompt delivery.

- Dealing with customer issues & providing customers with clear instructions to resolve them.

- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

- Experience in retail sales would be a plus.

- Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing ability.

- Updating customers about new offers/launches or about promotions as and when required

Key skills required

? Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.

? Effective Customer Satisfaction through problem solving and guidance.

? Proficient in working on calls, in person customer dealing etc

? Prior knowledge of Handling customers, query resolution.

Salary Budget

? 3.6 LPA - 5 LPA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
