Key Responsibilities

- Attending customer correspondences through email, chat, and by phone in a timely manner.

- Helping customers in choosing the right product for their requirements also help them to make a buying decision as well as suggest add-on products.

- Assisting Customers with order creation process & payment links if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.

- Liaise with the internal team (for e.g. Logistics) for orders dispatch and ensuring their prompt delivery.

- Dealing with customer issues & providing customers with clear instructions to resolve them.

- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

- Experience in retail sales would be a plus.

- Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing ability.

- Updating customers about new offers/launches or about promotions as and when required

Key skills required

Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.


Effective Customer Satisfaction through problem solving and guidance.


Proficient in working on calls, in person customer dealing etc


Prior knowledge of Handling customers, query resolution.

Salary Budget

3.6 LPA - 5 LPA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
