: Customer Care Executive - Customer Claims & Operations Intern

The Customer Care Executive (Intern) supports the customer claims and operations team in handling internal customer requests and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for gaining hands-on experience in customer service and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in logging and tracking customer claims Support the team in claim verification and basic documentation Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution Update records and prepare simple reports Provide timely support to internal stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling Attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
