Key Responsibilities
Maintain
regular communication with clients

client relationships
and ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinate between clients, recruiters, and candidates for interview scheduling and updates.
Explain job roles accurately to candidates based on client expectations.
Manage and update candidate data, follow-ups, and status reports.
Handle candidate inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Support recruitment operations by assisting in sourcing and initial screening when required.
Prepare daily/weekly updates for internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in CRM, client servicing, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
Strong
client-handling and communication
skills.
Ability to understand and convey client needs accurately.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and data management abilities.
Professional, confident, and service-oriented attitude.
Education
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
