KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Handling the customer queries over inbound calls, Chats or mails.
• Identify and assess customer\'s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Ability to work in shift window of 8:00am-8:00PM

Required candidate profile

• Graduate fresher or experienced both can apply

• Comfortable in both English and Hindi language

• Able to hold up the conversation
