Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for service updates and bookings.
Coordinate with pickup & delivery teams to ensure timely completion.
Record customer feedback and escalate service issues.
Follow up with customers post-service for satisfaction and repeat orders.
Update CRM / internal software with call logs and order details.
Skills Required:
Good communication in Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada (as per role).
Empathetic, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
