Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products, repayments, and customer queries.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
Assist in loan application status updates, EMI reminders, and collection follow-ups.
Maintain proper call records, logs, and customer interaction reports.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.
Support sales/branch teams in cross-selling financial products when needed.
Comply with NBFC policies, RBI regulations, and company service protocols.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of NBFC/finance products (loans, EMI, repayment) preferred.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
Experience:
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
0-2 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in NBFC/BFSI/Call Center).
