Handle customer queries via

chat (80%)

and

voice (20%)

channels. Deliver excellent service and resolve issues effectively. Communicate professionally in

English and Hindi

. Log interactions accurately and escalate complex concerns when needed. Adapt to varied customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Language Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi.

Assessment:

Must clear

Versant-4

or equivalent with a minimum score of 5.
