Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote company products and services via phone and chat. Persuade customers to make purchases and accurately record order details. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Use sales scripts to handle objections and close deals.

Order Management & Process Handling:

Take and process orders with precision and efficiency. Ensure all customer purchases are correctly processed and documented.

Customer Support & Retention:

Address customer grievances professionally to maintain brand reputation. Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales, and useful customer insights.

Performance & Target Achievement:

Strive to exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Go the extra mile to facilitate customer satisfaction and future sales opportunities.

Requirements

Education:

Graduation / Post Graduation.

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (spoken & written). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
