Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information. Maintain professionalism while interacting with international clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service. Follow company guidelines and adhere to processes.

Requirements:

Graduation

is mandatory.( must be graduated in 2021 or after that).

Fluency in English

(verbal and written) is a must. Comfortable with

rotational shifts, including night shifts

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
