We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce Website. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions promptly and professionally.

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Clearly and effectively communicate product information, policies, and procedures to customers.

Problem Resolution:

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Computer Literacy:

Proficient in using computer systems and navigating through various software applications.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and order processing systems is an advantage.

Tele Calling:

Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation, follow-ups, and feedback.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information during telephonic interactions.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues to improve overall service quality.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Confidence and Professionalism:

Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Uphold company values and policies while representing the brand.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
