Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Punjab-based team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to hotels, explaining our value proposition, and onboarding new clients who want to grow their bookings through OTAs. This is an on-site role, ideal for professionals from Punjab or those looking to return to their hometown to build a meaningful career.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to hotel owners, GMs, and decision-makers to pitch our services
Explain how Revenue Boosters helps hotels grow their OTA revenue and improve online presence
Follow up with interested leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule
Maintain lead details and call records using Excel and internal tools
Coordinate with onboarding and account teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
Consistently meet monthly acquisition targets

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client acquisition (hospitality or OTA experience is a bonus)
Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English-- able to build trust quickly over the phone
Goal-oriented and self-driven with strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable using Excel and basic computer tools for lead tracking and reporting
Looking to build a long-term career in hospitality, sales, or travel tech
