Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and providing a suitable solution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively. Provide detailed information about products, services, or policies to customers. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
