Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and address inquiries or issues
Provide accurate information regarding products/services
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional support
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream in the year 2021 and after that
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Prior experience in customer service/BPO is an added advantage
