Greet and assist customers at the helpdesk or designated areas.
Provide accurate information about mall facilities, store locations, offers, and events.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming helpdesk.
Assist with lost & found management, wheelchair or stroller requests, and special assistance needs.
Keep records of visitor feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
Support in customer surveys and promotional activities within the mall.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum ; diploma/degree in Hospitality, Retail, or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & local language preferred).
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
