We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic
Customer Care Representative
to join our growing team at BR Ceramics. In this role, you will interact with customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will be
responsible for calling leads, answering inbound calls
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle incoming calls and proactively call leads to discuss BR Ceramics products and services.
Understand customer needs and coordinate with Team members
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Coordination with all Departments
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or in leads calling is preferred.
Spoken and basic English and Hindi is essential.
Preferred-knowledge of using Ms. Office. E mail writing
A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
