to join our dynamic team at our automobile dealer workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer engagement, service follow-up, and feedback collection to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
150 outbound calls per day
to existing and potential customers.
Successfully
contact a minimum of 75 customers daily
during office hours.
Provide a confirmed appointment of 5-6 cars/day.
Conduct service reminders, post-service feedback, and follow-ups on scheduled maintenance or repairs.
Update customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system accurately and timely.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.
Maintain a courteous, professional, and positive demeanor with all customers.
Work closely with service advisors and workshop managers to resolve customer concerns.
