Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand standard operation procedures & delivers services that is according to the quality Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied. Be proactive &take initiatives to explore & learn about the product that we offer Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali. Must have knowledge of Excel and word.

Location-Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)

Morning Shift :9:00 am to 6:00 pm

10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Experience: 6 month to 1 yrs
