Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) for escalations.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (C-SAT).
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
0-1 years of experience
in customer service/call center/voice process (freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal & written communication in
English and Hindi
(regional language is a plus).
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
