Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Follow-up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) for escalations. Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction (C-SAT). Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Minimum

0-1 years of experience

in customer service/call center/voice process (freshers can apply). Excellent verbal & written communication in

English and Hindi

(regional language is a plus). Strong problem-solving and active listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred. Flexible to work in

rotational shifts

(if required).
