With 6+ months experience:

Versant-3 ? ?17,000 Versant-4 ? ?18,000

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within TAT. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Adhere to quality, compliance, and process standards. Update customer records and document interactions in the system.

Skills Required



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Good customer handling and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
