About the Role



We are looking for dynamic

Customer Care Executives

to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent support experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information Make outbound follow-up calls as required Resolve customer queries within TAT Maintain call logs and update CRM systems Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity targets Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

Ability to handle customer queries politely and patiently Basic computer knowledge Good listening and problem-solving skills Telecalling/BPO experience preferred (but not mandatory)

Qualifications:



10+2 / Any Graduation Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply

Salary Range:



?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on experience & process)

Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) Understand customer issues and provide proper resolution Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations Maintain records, logs, and daily reports

in English Good typing speed (30-35 WPM) Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Problem-solving ability Basic technical/computer knowledge

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain product/service details clearly Convert leads into sales or appointments Maintain daily call records and follow-ups Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Build and maintain customer relationships

Strong persuasion and communication skills Fluency in

Hindi & English

Ability to handle rejections positively Target-driven and self-motivated Prior telesales/BPO experience is an advantage
