Compensation Details

CTC:

?2.33 LPA

Monthly CTC:

Approx. ?20,000

In-hand Salary:

?14,400 (post PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax; excluding incentives*)

Incentives:

Applicable post OJT completion, based on performance.

Typing Test:

25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound domestic customer calls professionally. Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer queries. Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall process performance. Work effectively in rotational shifts, including late evening or night hours.
