Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through a ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
Manage and resolve support tickets using multiple e-desk platforms
Assist customers related to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, etc.
Maintain data and reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience
Work in rotational shifts, with primary duties scheduled on weekends
Requirements:
Male candidates preferred
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply - no prior experience required
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
Good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, especially on weekends
