Urgent hiring Customer Care Executive at Pune.
Experience : 1+ years relevant BPO/ Domestic Call Centre experience is required.
Qualification : Any Undergraduate/ Graduate.
Roles & Responsibilities : Manage the day to day patient Appointment System Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information. Provide an effective communication link. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality. Answer incoming calls from patients/ customers Assist patients with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues Maintain and update customer and referral information.
Salary : Rs.15,000/- to Rs.18,000/-. (Subject to Experience, Skills & Current CTC)
Candidate should be Flexible with rotational shifts viz Morning/ Evening/ Night.
