Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Assist customers with product/service information, billing queries, and complaints.
Record and track customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, accounts, etc.) to address customer needs.
Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Meet performance targets such as call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
