Key Responsibilities
:
Attend to customer queries and complaints in a polite and timely manner
Provide accurate information about services and facilities
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively
Handle basic POS or billing operations (if required)
Maintain accurate records and daily service logs
Qualifications & Requirements
:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, etc.)
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
Presentable and confident personality
