Customer Care Executive (CCE)



Can handle Customer Interaction, system entry, back office coordination and if required can handle walk in customers too. Coordinating with Customer/Vendor/etc. Follow-ups with suppliers as needed. Maintain records of invoices & contracts. We need CCE who can attend to clients at the showroom, product is interior / home decor like wallpapers, flooring, furnishings etc. Profile from mattress, lights, furnishings, rugs, carpet etc is preferred. The candidate should interact directly with the client face to face and not on call / emails. The CCE we need is for the front end showroom profile. You can check people from home decor backgrounds like furnishings, carpet, lights etc. Companies like any furnishing shop, arivia, bonito, livspace etc is preferred or atleast from front end sales staff Good Communication Skills - English and other languages Product Sales in Interior field Understand Customers requirement. Suggest customer regarding our product (wallpapers, flooring, furnishing and give estimate.) Any other work as per the requirement or as instructed by HOD

Salary: 25k to 30k

+ incentives and yearly benefits
