About the Role:
We're looking for
confident and energetic professionals
to join our
US Customer Support team
. You'll connect with potential clients in the United States, identify qualified leads, and support the
Mass Tort legal process
.
This is a
voice-based role
that requires strong communication and target-driven performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US prospects and generate qualified leads.
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.
Clearly explain case eligibility details.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for leads and quality.
Ensure compliance with process and client requirements.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in
night shifts
(US time zone).
Minimum
6 months of experience
in international voice/BPO preferred.
Quick learner with good listening and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate with strong English fluency.
