We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Representative to communicate with our customers inbound or outbound calls to sell our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.
Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.
Using basic sales techniques, understand customer's needs to receive all required information and sell our services.
Capture customer's details and create orders in CRM.
