We are looking for

Graduate candidates with a minimum of six months of BPO experience

to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in Day shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries efficiently within defined timelines. Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions. Ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards. Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality benchmarks.

Required Skills :

Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling ability. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work in day shifts. Versant Level 5 (mandatory).
