The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers by addressing queries, handling complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with queries inside the supermarket
Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges politely and professionally
Coordinate with billing, floor staff, and supervisors for quick issue resolution
Maintain the customer help desk and record customer feedback/complaints
Guide customers on ongoing offers, schemes, and store policies
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat visits
Escalate serious issues to the Store Manager when required
Requirements & Skills
Minimum
1 year experience
in customer care or retail/supermarket operations
Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory, English preferred)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, Excel, or POS preferred)
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during peak hours

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
