Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer inquiries.
Provide information about products and hearing solutions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with Audiologists.
Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care / Front Office.
Good communication skills (Bhojpuri, Hindi, and English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
