Requirements:
Fluency in Bhojpuri and Hindi is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in customer support (preferred).
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
