Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, product support) for issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Prior experience in e-commerce customer support will be an added advantage.
