Job Description

Core responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation:

Find new potential customers through methods like cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Product/service presentation:

Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products or services and explain their benefits.

Sales and negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.

Record keeping and reporting:

Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, track sales progress, and prepare performance reports.

Customer support:

Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Key skills and qualifications

Sales experience:

Proven experience in a sales or account management role.

Negotiation and closing skills:

Ability to negotiate deals effectively and successfully close sales.

Communication and interpersonal skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and persuading clients.

Technical proficiency:

Experience with CRM software and a strong command of MS Office is beneficial.

Results-driven mindset:

A self-motivated, results-oriented approach is required to meet sales targets.

Product knowledge:

A thorough understanding of the products and services being sold, as well as market trends and competitors.
