Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, solving queries efficiently, and delivering high-quality service across communication

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via calls Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure follow-up. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduation preferred. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night shifts if applicable). Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
