Job Description

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat interactions professionally. Respond to customer queries promptly and provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve complaints, escalate complex issues when required, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve customer concerns. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
