Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service updates.
Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the system.
Support the sales/service team with customer coordination.
Ensure good customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & local language).
Basic computer and phone-handling skills.
Ability to work under daily targets.
Prior experience preferred, but freshers can apply.
